Greetings, welcome to my healing practice!
I’m Charlotte Moon, a devoted Holistic Health Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the healing arts. My journey is grounded in the belief that true transformation begins with self-care, spiritual connection, and ancestral wisdom. I’ve cultivated an intuitive, heart-led practice that weaves together Holistic Nutrition, Reiki, Breathwork, Counselling, Aromatherapy, and Folk Medicine, each offering tailored to support your unique path to balanced health and inner harmony.
It is my honour to also serve as a Death Doula, offering compassionate and sacred support to those navigating end-of-life transitions. In this deeply meaningful role, I strive to bring peace, presence, and reverence to life’s most profound passage.
My connection to the mystical began in childhood, fueled by a lifelong fascination with deities, folklore, magick, and ancestral traditions. With roots in my British heritage and guided by generations of spiritual knowing, my path as a practising witch is one of devotion to nature and the unseen. I approach each day with reverence for nature, honouring the unseen and a deep commitment to healing through energy, ritual, and remembrance into both my practice and my everyday life.
I encourage my clients to reconnect with nature’s rhythms, embrace natural remedies, and find stillness within. My work is centred on individualised care, empowering you with insights and tools that extend beyond our sessions and into your everyday life.
Having walked my own healing path through mental health challenges and addiction, I know that true wellness reaches far beyond the physical. Since 2012, I’ve been devoted to a holistic way of living, a path that’s deepened my compassion, strengthened my voice as a mental health advocate, and allowed me to hold space for others with honesty, empathy, and a grounded heart.
I channel my intuitive gifts through offerings like Tarot readings, Energetic House Cleansing, Chakra and Aura work, and deep Energy Healing sessions. These practices are designed to illuminate your inner landscape, clear energetic blockages, and support you in realigning with your authentic self and soul’s purpose.
When I’m not holding space for others, you’ll often find me wandering through nature, lost in the pages of a good book, crafting herbal infusions, baking a nourishing sweet treat, or diving into a favourite video game, always with a warm cup of tea or coffee in hand and my beloved kitty by my side.
