My philosophy is centred around caring for the whole person, taking into account the physical, mental, spiritual, and social dimensions of health, all of which are interconnected. I recognise that true health and wellness require a balance across all these aspects, and are committed to helping my clients achieve that balance through personalised care and support.

I understand that health is not just about the absence of disease, but rather the presence of balance across all aspects of our clients’ lives. My holistic approach to health means that we take the time to understand every aspect of my clients’ lives, including their physical health, emotional well being, spirituality, and social connections.
By considering the whole person, I have a understanding that all the different aspects of a person's life work together to create their overall health, and that by becoming more mindful of the health of all these different aspects, we can achieve greater health and well-being.


What is Energy healing?
Energy healing is a traditional healing system that has been used for centuries to restore balance and improve well being. I use these traditional techniques to help my clients overcome negative blocks in their energy fields, I dissolve energy blocks and promote healthy energy flow. I strive to help clients find peace and balance, allowing them to live their lives to the fullest. My mission is to empower you to achieve optimal health and well being through the practice of energy healing.
