  • What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
    To ensure the best experience for all clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If you need to cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours of your appointment, a full service charge will apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
  • Are your products Vegan?
    My products are not strictly vegan, as I incorporate natural ingredients like tallow and beeswax to harness their nourishing properties. However, I’m committed to using only high-quality, organic sources to ensure the purest and most beneficial experience. Please feel free to reach out if you have more questions about the ingredients—I’m happy to help!
  • I would like to make a custom product order, how do I go about doing that?
