As the week begins lets focus on some mindful daily intentions and affirmations, the possibilities are endless but here are a few examples;
- I accept myself as enough and shall accept my path is forever evolving. - I intend to do my best today to achieve my goals. - I intend to be grateful for three things daily. - I will face all my challenges today with a calm mind and conviction. - I intend to embrace who I am. - I am in radiant health in body, mind, soul, and environment. - I am healing and renewing my body through the power of healthy nutrition and exercise. - I now focus all my energies on possible solutions ,and supportive self talk rather than stressing about the problem
- I will remain centered in a state of restful awareness.
Lets start the week as we mean to go on , years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor, catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
