Linden (Tilia) : Some of the plant components in lindenate, such as tiliroside, rutoside, and chlorogenic acid, are thought to help lower blood pressure.

Boil water but let the water sit about 5 minutes before pouring over your tea. Steep loose tea leaves for 1 to 2 minutes or to your desired strength. The liquor should be aromatic, and the flavours should come out. Something other than bitter or strong are what you’re looking for to start.
