How do you use shungite stones to make shungite water?

 

1. First rinse the stones until water runs clear. (shungite is messy and there can be powder residue that should be rinsed away before use)
2. The put the shungite stones at the bottom of a glass or cermamic water pitcher or jar. Use 100-150 grams per liter of water or 4 oz in 34 oz of water.
3. After 24 - 72 hours the water will be ready for use

 

 

 

* For best results, you should expose the shungite stones under sunlight every month and we recommend replacing them with fresh stones every 6-12 months.

 

 

 

When it’s time to replace the stones, instead of throwing them away, you can reuse them by placing them in flowerpots or in your garden. It has been claimed that shungite stones are beneficial to the wellbeing of plants, flowers, trees and cats, dogs and even fish prefer shungite water over tap water!
