Lobelia: Lobelia creates an energy of health and protection to both the physical and energetic bodies. Its occasional use may also stimulate prophetic visions. Lobelia’s primary use has been as a potent relaxant. Lobelia was seen to be able to open blocked channels in the body with robust efficiency.
German Chamomile: The British Herbal Pharmacopoeia (BHP) describes Chamomile's actions as carminative, spasmolytic, mild sedative, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic & anti-cararrhal.
Passion Flower: Passionflower is cooling to the body, calming to the mind, and soothing to the spirit. It calms the ruminating mind, and can promote natural relaxation and stress reduction. This plant is gentle yet profound.
Lavender: It calms the body and eases muscle tension, pain, stress, and anxiety, opening you up for spiritual healing. Lavender has a very soft and soothing energy and is used to heal, calm, and purify. It will help ease the mind, emotions and the spirit.

SIP- Enjoy this herbal blend in a pot/cup of Tea.
Boil water but let the water sit about 5 minutes before pouring over your tea. Steep loose tea leaves for 1 to 2 minutes or to your desired strength. The liquor should be aromatic, and the flavours should come out. Something other than bitter or strong are what you’re looking for to start.
**Additionally you may fancy to add a little sweet touch to it, such as honey, maple syrup, or any desired sweetener. You can also re-steep loose leaf tea multiple times!
***Reusable cotton bags can be hand washed, also washing machine friendly!
