The Importance of Pure, Clean Water.

Our bodies need pure, fresh water to function properly. Unfortunately, our rivers, streams and sources of ground water have been contaminated by mankind and are no longer safe for drinking.


Our bodies need water to build cells, remove waste and prevent diseases. If we don’t drink sufficient amounts of water, we may suffer from constipation and harmful toxins will remain in the body.



When water is consumed with a meal, it dilutes the food’s digestive juices and hampers the body’s ability to properly digest the food. Instead, it’s best to drink water (at room temperature) at least 30 minutes prior to eating or at least one hour after a meal.

Not only should we make sure the water we drink is pure, but we also need to wash the exterior of our bodies in pure, clean water. Our skin has the ability to eliminate impurities, but if it’s not properly cleansed, these impurities can be reabsorbed and enter the body.


The chemicals in our water systems are extremely toxic to the body, both inside and out. Water filters can remove chlorine, fluoride and most other impurities in our water, so make sure you pick a good quality one!
